Client Partner/Sales Executive

Quadspire would like to bring on board a highly skilled person who can sell our design and application development services and also effectively manage relationships to on-sell other IT services
from our service portfolio that will help clients accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Objectives of this role

Development of new business opportunities, manage existing sales pipeline and relationships.

Identify customer need and budgets to effectively pitch design & development services either as a combined offering or independent of each other

Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships

Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets

Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration

Utilize the outcome and assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals

Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

Generate and groom new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities.

Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.

Work closely with onshore marketing agency and offshore sales support team (lead generators, sales executive) to formulate outbound sales strategy for lead generation.

Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy

Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources

Skills and qualifications

Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

Experience and understanding of working with offshore IT services providers

6-8 years of experience in working in sales function in Tech space with minimum 2 years of experience within IT services

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in sales techniques

Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

Experience and knowledge in one or more verticals like Oil Gas, Healthcare, Manufacturing etc
